• I have a parenting site that uses Mambo for content management, but Mambo isn’t good for my catalog pages.

    I’m using WordPress for the catalog (still in development), because of the ease of posting, and the categories. With Mambo, each entry can fall under only one category, but with WordPress, a single entry can fall under as many categories as I choose. So if I’m selling a tee shirt with pictures of insects, you’ll find it under “Clothing” “Animals” “Insects”, and maybe even “Biology”

    I don’t sell products directly, as I am an affiliate site, so I didn’t need E-Commerce software. I just needed to list a lot of stuff that people want to buy.
