non ascii characters

    (Attempted a search, but could not find if previously asked)

    I have a destination url with special characters in the name, ex. /pdf/AFA-Français.pdf or will i have to use /pdf/AFA-Fran%C3%A7ais.pdf

    will I be able to successfully use this with non-ascii characters?
