Non-Admin Pages Not Secure

Hello!

I have the Force Admin option checked, and exclusivity unchecked. I also added a “/” in the filters box. Unfortunately NONE of the pages outside my admin section are secure/https, even ones I specifically mark as such on the individual post/page edit screen.

My site URLs are still http, changing them to https causes a loop. Also directly typing https://www.mysite.com/page loads as http.

Any suggestions?
