No welcome email?

Hello All!!!

For some reason my new users do not get a welcome email. I would imagine that the person (who riped me off) that created the page turned it off. I have gone through all the options and can’t seem to find a way to activate it. Can anyone help?

I read something about a super admin, I don’t see how to access that either. Currently I’m the only admin.
