No user input in received emails

Hi, I have just set up my new web site at lucky-magpies.co.uk and received a few emails via Contact Form, though all I am seeing are the tags rather than what the users have input.

i.e.

From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]

Message Body:
[your-message]

This e-mail was sent from a contact form on Lucky Magpies (http://lucky-magpies.co.uk)

Can anyone help with this please? Would be much appreciated!!
