No Tweets

Hi
I can’t any tweets to show up on a website.

Debug:
RSTW Debug info enabled
RSTW Using cached Twitter data
Unable to get tweets

If I keep Erase cached data ticked, the tweets show up all the time but the minute I untick and save the tweets disappear.

What’s happening and can it be fixed?
