EDIT: In comm with plugin author who courteously reached out. I will update my review once we’ve had a chance to connect on the issues I found when using this w/ Divi 5.4.1…

    Hi klynam,

Sorry to hear Popups for Divi didn’t work out for you. I can definitely understand how frustrating it is when you’re trying to get something done quickly for a client and run into unexpected issues.

Regarding the scrollbar issue, that’s not something we’ve had reported before to my knowledge, so I’d genuinely love to investigate it further. It may be related to a browser, screen resolution, or a plugin conflict, but either way I’d be happy to help troubleshoot it with you.

As for triggering a popup on page load, the free version of Popups for Divi focuses primarily on click triggers and exit-intent triggers, which are the features currently advertised in the plugin description. That said, we do provide a simple snippet for enabling page-load popups here:
    https://divimode.com/knowledge-base/can-i-display-a-popup-instantly-when-a-page-is-loaded/

I completely respect that the plugin may not have been the right fit for your particular use case, but based on the issues mentioned, it sounds like there may have been some misunderstandings and/or a technical issue at play rather than the plugin being fundamentally broken.

If you’re open to it, feel free to reach out and I’d be happy to personally help investigate the scrollbar behavior. And if we’re able to clear things up, I’d certainly appreciate you reconsidering or updating the review.

Thanks for giving Popups for Divi a try.

    Thanks,

    Tim
