That’s because the URL does not change for these pages, with index.php structure.
Having index.php as part of the pretty permalinks it does’t work with the translated version. Those are called “almost pretty permalinks” and there is no support for them: https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-permalinks/#pathinfo-almost-pretty.
Please note, we don’t have plans of supporting this in the future.
If possible, try to enable full pretty permalinks and try again.
