No traffic on multilanguage site

Hello, koko don’t collect statistic when I visit a site with multilanguage. In this case the domain redirect to IT, and there’s an EN version with english text. Koko don’t collect any kind of statistic.

In another site Koko only collect statistic from “domain.extension” and not from “domain.extension/en”.

There’s a chance to fix that?
