I need to export a gallery to import it into a new site but there is no “Tools” showing in the gallery on the first site. .

FooGallery does have an Import Export feature that you can use to export your galleries to a new site. Kindly navigate to FooGallery -> Features to activate it. Here’s a simple guide on how to use it: https://fooplugins.com/documentation/foogallery/getting-started-foogallery/import-export/
