Do you mean in the excerpt or in the post?
I inserted the short code into the post, but when viewing the post no text is shown.
Can you send me the link to the blog post?
That is bizarre because the shortcode is not there so it has been parsed and the document found but it is completely empty.
Have you checked that the shortcode has been correctly inserted and that the uploaded odt document is not empty?

The shortcode is there and the file definitely is not empty. If I go into the media library, click on the uploaded document and then click “view attachment page”, I am provided with a link to the document. When clicked the full document is pulling up.
Also, I started over with a new post, uploaded the file again and have the same result: http://104.236.222.153/lighthouse/test-post/

I deleted and reinstalled the plugin to no avail. Still no text appearing. I believe the plugin does not work with the current version of WP and I will need to just look for another.
That can not be the problem because the library has been tested with up to 4.5.2
If at anytime you feel is worthy we have a look at your installation just let us know 🙂

The problem was that plugin.php was not getting the correct path for the document because the $_SERVER[DOCUMENT_ROOT] was not giving the real path.
We patched using getcwd() but we should check which is the more reliable solution.
If anyone has a similar problem, by the time being, contact us for a patch.
