    Hello,

    No test emails are sent. But there is a notification that says the email has been sent but nothing arrived in the mailbox.

    I tried to change thee Email body content encoding to base64 and 8 bit but nothing works.

    I tested my site to see if other emails are sent (contact form) and it works.

    I used newsletter for a long time and this is the first time it happens. Can you help ?

    Thank you

    Test from diagnostic panel are delivered? Are you using an SMTP plugin or have you activated the SMTP in Newsletter?

    Yes, the test from the diagnostic panels says the test email is delivered but I received nothing.

    I’m using a smtp plugin and it always worked before.

    Where do you activate the smtp in the newsletter ? Since the update, i can’t find it anymore. The option to activate smtp has disappeared.

    In the settings menu there is the SMTP panel.

    I went through the settings panel but there is nothing about.smtp there anymore. It s just about the delivery speed, the contact email adress, css. Nothing about smtp since the update. Or maybe you can tell me.exactly where to search please ?

    I finally found the smtp settings, it was actually above, not on the left side.
    I tested the smtp but it doesn’t work.
    However, the smtp works for my other plugins. I can’t find what’s wrong.

    Here is the error :
    2016-01-29 08:36:54 Connection: opening to ssl://smtp.mysite.com:465, timeout=300, options=array (
    )

    Maybe it’s a problem from my provider. I will let you know.
