Same thing. I have installed and when I create a new survey and click save, it goes to adding questions. Created questions and saved but it does not save a survey or it does not show up in Manage Surveys.
Ah I see… It is a problem with the database tables. I’ll correct it tomorrow, release the new version and inform you about it. But I think it won’t be up until monday… sorry… hope that is ok for you

Ok… found some severe errors in the database handling. Fixed it and uploaded the new release. Should be available in some minutes.
Please check it out. If you still have problems try to uninstall (deactivate and delete) and reinstall the plugin.
PLease report back if you still have errors.

The shortcode was wrong. You have to use [SURVEYS_EXTENDED <survey ID>] to embed the survey into your page.

Hello..i instaled Surveys Extended, created survey…it was ok. Now butonn “Submit survey” doesn´t work. When i click there, nothing happens.

I have fixed it and released version 0.0.5. It should be available in some minutes.
There was also an error with the css. Please hit SHIFT + F5 to refresh the survey form.
It also would be great if you could open a new request here in the forum the next time. It would be easier for me to see the fixed and open requests. Otherwise it could be that I forget something 😉
