No support for Pro version?

    Hello, we have purchased the Pro version of the plugin and have already sent a support request via email to support@wcpdfinvoices.com on 08/01/2021.
    So far we have not received a response to our support request.
    Also on our request on 13.01.2021 was not responded.

    Is it the same for other customers?

    I am having the same issue too! I purchased their premium plugin so that it would send out renewal invoices when used in conjunction with Woocommerce Subscriptions, but it is not working! I have asked for urgent help as it is affecting the website I am working for, but no response. Not impressed!
