    If something goes wrong, it is impossible to get support. Help chat box sends you to a forum on a wild goose chase, there are no direct way to get help without having to login. Not able to login – Advanced coupons site says invalid email yet the plugin is running and working on my WP site.. Coupon codes that my customers received when they purchased gift cards are turning up invalid and I can’t get that resolved.

    Hi @thesourdoughlady,

    Sorry about this but we literally aren’t allowed to support our premium plugins on here.

    What I would suggest is going to the license page (Advanced Coupons->License) and it will show you the email to login with.

    Otherwise, worst case please email support [at] advancedcouponsplugin.com and give us as much info as you have on hand so we can track down your account and help you.
