No support

    Vin decoder worked fine for a while then it stopped. I am using it in a automotive theme from Gorilla themes. I have contacted Gorilla themes numerous time over months no support no answers no help whatsoever. I paid for premium support from WordPress the support people could not figure it out either also reached out to Gorilla themes to no avail. I even bought a new theme from Gorilla themes still doesn’t work still no support. I believe my problem is with gorilla themes not necessarily the Vin decoder. regardless the site doesn’t work and there’s no support. I would have expected more from WordPress in so far as they are selling these products with no support. Very disappointed

    Hi,

    Please be informed that we have no connection with the Gorilla theme. The plugin itself is working with any theme but the auto-filling of the fields is only integrated with the Motors theme, we have never advertised the VIN Decoder plugin to be integrated with any other theme.
