Side note to @quadlayers Please don’t use replies to promote FB groups here. Signatures like that are not allowed here and I’ve archived those links and temporarily flagged your account.

Also it looks like someone was adding tags to all of the topics you reply to. Those are all gone now and not one remains.

    Hello @jdembowski

I don’t understand what you mean with tags

I put this topic for reviewal because this review is totally unfear. We provide support to this user through our ticket system

Is easiest for us to handle the tickets in our system because sometimes we need to take a look at the backend and users cant share private date through this forums

Is there a way to that the users can share private data here?

Someone was tagging each topic that you replied with using tags that were meant to game SEO. Those are all gone now.

It’s the users feedback and it will remain.

That’s bad and your account will remain flagged. If you keep doing that (accessing user’s backend) then you risk having your all of your plugins removed from the WordPress repo.

Do not do that again. I hope you take this seriously as you are risking all of your plugins on this site.

    https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#the-bad-stuff

There are no customers for you on this site. Zero. It is inappropriate for you to treat opensource users of your free code like a customer. They are not, they’re users. It’s not the same relationship and what you are doing is remarkably unsafe for you and the users.

When someone offers to login into a site and that is found then this is the reply they get.

I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#the-bad-stuff

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

It is not necessary for you to do that step. It’s just easier when you ask for the keys to a user’s website. They would not hand you the keys to their house and should not permit you access to the site that way.

There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.

    You get the idea.

Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.

If this is a problem for you then please contact the plugins team and request that all of your plugins are removed from the WordPress.ORG repository. They can help you with that. Yes, it is that serious.

    Thanks for your time @jdembowski.

    Hi @quadlayers team,

Sorry to hear that, but based on the stated items above I can’t still give you an account to the back-end of our staging site as it contains also some private information though I think you can replicate the issue by just accessing the front-end.

    Thanks so much!

    Hello

If you check the classes inside the “Careers” item, you’ll see that there are a current-menu-item class

This class is automatically included by WordPress in the parent menu item when the children item are opened

“Build your team” and “Learn” items don’t contain any child element (post, pages, taxonomies, etc), they only contain custom items and widgets

So, there is no way for WordPress to detect if the parent item has an opened child

That’s the reason why you should include a post type item inside the tabs columns

Also, you can include the “current-menu-item” in the option CSS Classes
