    I saw the message about not expecting too much from free support, but if there are errors going on, of course people want that sorting before they pay for extensions.

    I was getting an error message on the free plugin, asked for some help before I shelled out almost $200 on the extensions, but got no reply at all.

    Clearly they have enough customers.
