  • Could you provide a link to the site and point out what “submit” button you’re referring to? I’m not sure what you mean.

    Try to subscribe to the NL..

    I’ve managed to get rid of the new box problem, but subscribing won’t work, and there is no confirmation, and no error message in the apache error log. access log have nothing interesting.

    I tried signing up – got a success message, but no confirmation email.

    There are quite a few Mailchimp plug-ins:

    Which one specifically are you using? This one?

    If so, that’s the one developed by the MailChimp folks themselves, so I suggest you get in touch with them directly to see if they can help: http://kb.mailchimp.com/

    Here’s my confirmation email that I received (I’ve blocked out the “from” address and your contact email):

    If you’re not receiving your confirmation email, you might want to check your spam or junk filter. Additionally, try with a variety of email addresses to see if your mailserver is filtering mail specifically from MailChimp.

    When I use Chrome 10.0.648.205 I don’t get any feedback (no visual confirmation or email confirmation)

    When I use IE 9, I get a script error when entering the page + an error when subscribing..

    Are you using FF?

    I was actually using Chrome 10.0.648.204. Here’s the success message in a full view:

    In IE9, I did receive an error on your page. However, when signing up with my tester, I was unable to replicate that same issue. There could be some conflicting Java that is throwing up that error.
