The store list is loaded dynamically, which is why you don’t see all the store data directly in the initial page source. Search engine crawlers are generally able to process dynamically loaded content.
For better SEO, we also recommend using the Store Detail Pages feature. It creates individual pages for your store locations, allowing the store information to be indexed separately.

The store detail pages can also provide structured store information, making them more suitable for SEO than relying only on the dynamically loaded map/list.

Another question: if I hide list in plugin settings, will list content be visible for engine crawlers or it will not load at all?

Yes, the store list will still load. The Hide List option simply hides the list visually using CSS (display: none); it does not prevent the store data from loading on the page.
So the content is still present and can be accessed by search engine crawlers even though it is not visible to visitors.
