Can you share a screenshot of the situation and also screenshot of browser console when the issue is happening and and server/php error log.

i don’t understand. screenshot of what exactly. there is nothing to see except the settings, php info and database info

edit – i notice function on admin bar, Purge Cache – WP Server Stats, but it only purges cache. I’ll let it run a few minutes on 200ms and see what happens

update – no stats displayed, but i can purge

@collabora Screenshot of what data you are seeing in the dashboard, your browser console screenshot and screenshot of PHP error log.

there is not data to view, there is no console, there is nothing in dashboard to click on that shows any data. I am just going to remove it.

Or…provide instructions on how to view the data. I’ll take a screen shot of that

@collabora When you go to the dashboard, take a screenshot of the whole dashboard, whatever it shows. Then right-click on the page clicks on inspect element and there you will see a console section. Take a screenshot of that whatever it is showing there. Then try to find out your PHP error log and send a screenshot of that.

@collabora Also there can be a plugin conflict so try disabling your other plugins to see if the issue gets fixed.

I see Server Overview on Dashboard home page (which answers my request above. it was way down below other notices in first column. i moved it to its own column.)

I’m trying to track cause of cpu usage. overview doesn’t tell me much more than cpanel tells me. are there logs and graphs someplace?

@collabora Unfortunately no. There is no other CPU details available to get those details you need to have access to the server. Like for example if you run the top command in your Linux server you will see the processes realtime.
