No space/update

I am about to pull my hair out! My web host will not help me. All they can tell me is that I am out of data and it’s from the blog. SO I delete half of everything on the blog and still nothing. Did some looking and found that I need to delete my modified images. As they take double everything that I have posted. When I try to delete it thinks a bit then gives me an error code. I have tried form both PC and Mac, still no success. I have also tried to update to the new WP 4.1.1 and get another error message form each computer. Please can someone tell me who to contact. At this point I am willing to pay as I have several upset customers and have spent HOURS trying to resolve. Thank you in advance!
