No sign up ("Register") functionality on mobile

Hello,

“Anyone can sign up” is checked in General Settings WP and members can register (“Register”)using laptops. However, “Register” does not come up as an alternative when using mobile phones. How can I enable this on cell phones? All help is highly appreciated.
