No shipping options available

3) Order details: 3 books weighing 3lbs total - shipping to Tampa, FL 33611, (or anywhere else in U.S.)

4) I expect to see one option for weight based shipping and the cost associated with the total weight of the order.

5) “No shipping options are available for this address. Please verify the address is correct or try a different address.” HOWEVER - I had someone from Indonesia look at this and they were able to see options (see screenshot “https://www.j2studio.com/forum-images/wbs-indonesia.png”

I would also like to add international shipping for addresses outside the U.S. but unsure how to do this.
