Hi, I am trying to get the basic version of your DHL extension working on a new site, in development for a client. This is to demonstrate the functionality before upgrading to the pro version.

I’m currently getting no shipping methods returned on the cart page. This is, according to the debug mode because:

The origin postcode XX00XX or destination postcode XX00XX format is not correct. Please check the postcode format.

These are valid UK postcodes (I have redacted them here, and they have been entered with the usual space as well as without, for testing), and the settings reflect the location for this (we are set to “EU Region”).

I would also like to know what I need to do to make DHL appear as a method under “Shipping Zones” within Woo please.

The plugin I currently have installed is called “DHL (BASIC) WooCommerce Extension”, and I don’t see it in the dropdown list below, so have picked the nearest name.

    Many thanks.

  • We are apologise for late reply.

The rates are may not coming because of the erratic test servers of DHL. However, the live credentials work fine.

As the basic version, This plugin will not work with Woocommerce shipping zone. However, our premium version has inbuilt features like restricting the method at the country level or enable/disable desired domestic or international shipping services.
