“no shipping methods available” – with UPS/USPS

Hey there
I just bought the 2 modules UPS and USPS from the official WC website.
I have set it up as discussed in https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/usps-shipping-method/ and https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/ups-shipping-method/
but i am still getting this “no shipping methods” error when i try order.

I have setup a new shipping zone, consisting of USA, Canada and Europe. i have connected both USPS and USPS as methods on this zone – with automatic online rates.

Any idea what else it could be?
