No shipping methods

The no-shipping-methods message means there are no rules matching the order. Please double-check your shipping rules, product weights and order destination. One common issue is having different weight units in product settings and shipping rules, for example product weights are set in grams while shipping rules are in kilograms.

If that doesn’t help, you need to check if it’s a conflict with some other plugin or your current theme. Disable all other plugins you have and switch to the default theme temporarily. If that helps, you can revert things back step by step until you find which one is causing the issue. With that information we can proceed further on solving it.
