No Settings option

Hi I have installed the plugin and got it working fine, however on my plugins page there is no settings option visible, only deactivate/activate.

Additionally, when i receive the email download link it is delivered from wordpress rather than my site name. Is this an option i would be able to change if I could see the settings??
