No sending User Email Notification

Hi @easymike,

There are two common reasons why user email notifications may not be sent. Please check both of the following:

1. Incorrect Smart Tag:

You may be using the {user_email} smart tag in the receiver field. This tag is only meant for already logged-in WordPress users and will not work for form submitters. Please select the smart tag that matches the actual Email field in your form using the smart tag picker instead.

2. Email Deliverability:

If the smart tag is already correct, the issue may be with your email delivery setup. We recommend configuring SmartSMTP to ensure reliable email delivery.
