No Search Results

    When I first installed the plugin, I was able to get search results for my stores, but then it became intermittent, and right now, I am not able to get any search results for any zip code or location. Others have tried with the same result. I’m not sure if it’s a combination of settings that I did, or something else, but could use some advice on how to troubleshoot.

    It works fine for me when I for example search for ‘Kansas’.

    Are you logged in when you try it? If so, can you logout? It also doesn’t work when you try it in private mode?

    If you don’t get any results, can you check the response in the browser console -> Network tab. You will see a request going to your server, then click on the response tab. Does it show any errors? Also, does it say 200 on the left side in the same tab? I could be a temp issue with your server.

    Hi Tijmen,

    You’re right, it’s working now. Hopefully, just a temporary issue with the server. I appreciate the tips on what to look for if it happens again. Everything seems correct now, except that the Auto location feature doesn’t seem to be working, although it was at first. I see in your note on that feature that modern browsers require an https: connection in order for that feature to work. Is that something I can control on my end?
