[Resolved] No Response From Support

  • Ive got a brand new website and for the moment Im using the free version of this plugin. My site is two months old. Just recently (the last few days) I have had a grey screen over the page when I try to edit or create an Easy Recipe. Ive messaged support twice about this and to be frank am thoroughly peeved that no one has got back to me. I need a plugin that has good support and Im not getting that from you guys.

  • Terrible support. I had to read through other threads to find the problem – no way will I be upgrading to the plus version. Decided to get my own app made.

    Hey Kris35, any update on this problem I have the EXACT same thing happening? It’s a dark grey screen over the post when I’m trying to edit or even use the recipe? No support from easyrecipe plus.

    Also a side note, I have the paid version, and still NO support from them…

    Hi 🙂 I uninstalled it and then installed the latest version. I’m looking around at other plugins but am not sure I like any of them so will probably get my own template made up. Cheaper than a subscription and original to boot!!

    Thanks for your response, it’d be great if you kept me in the loop if you find something better! I have the PLUS version which was purchased and it still isn’t working. Thanks again-McKel

    Have they given up do you think? Cos if so, then they’re not going to last very long. 🙁 I just think it’s awful that they haven’t got back to us about this. If I had the paid version (which I was going to get once I’d added some more content to my new site), I’d be really annoyed. I’ve looked and looked but you know, Ive decided I don’t want to rely on anyone so I will definitely get my own made now.

    Just to give you an update, the support team contacted me back and you must have a LICENSE KEY in your easy recipe settings to have continual and automatic updates! It works just fine now.

    Our apologies for the tardy support the past few weeks. We’ve been out of circulation but are back on board now and almost caught up with the backlog.
