No response from support

    I was very excited when I found this plug-in as it would allow me to cut-out a very manual process I have to go through with new users for my site currently. So I installed the plug-in fine, created a new registration form, but it does nothing when I test the form. I contacted support three days ago from their support page. No response. Hard to want to buy the premium version if the free doesn’t work and support doesn’t reply for 3 days.

    Still looking forward to hearing back from support, getting this plug-in to work, and will adjust my rating accordingly.

    I am extremely sorry to hear about the issue you are facing. We are currently preparing a complete revamp of the plugin (v3.0) which includes large number of fixes. Our team was busy preparing final steps for the launch, and we could not get back to you in time. Totally our fault.
