It’s a shame—I don’t know what happened to them—but the customer service hasn’t been the best.
My LMS isn’t on the list of enabled connections, and even though I reported it along with the team from my MLS company, no one gave us an answer.

    Hi David,

We’re sorry there appears to have been a misunderstanding, and we would like to clarify the support history.

We replied to the questions and requests we received from both you and the Omni MLS team.

On October 1, we replied directly to your Omni MLS contact and explained what was required from their side.

On October 2, we replied to you in your support ticket and confirmed that Omni MLS could be activated manually once the required MLS access was available. That October 2 reply was the last message in the ticket at that point, and we did not receive any further reply from you.

Instead, three days later, this public review was opened stating that there had been no response from customer service.

We also extended your free trial so that you would not lose testing time while waiting for the MLS side to be completed.

For transparency, we are attaching screenshots showing these replies and their dates.

Based on the support history, this appears to be a misunderstanding rather than a case where your questions or the Omni MLS inquiries were left unanswered. We hope the screenshots help clear the misunderstanding.

    Thank you,
    MLSImport Support

I also regret the misunderstanding and the delay with my project. The guy from “Omni MLS” hasn’t heard back from you and we left everything in his hands. He even recommended we look for another plugin to replace “MLS import.”

I have just personally replied to the ticket and will be keeping a close eye on the next steps.

    Hi David,

Thank you for the reply, and for sending the details in your ticket.

About your Omni MLS contact: his messages came through our contact form and did not say which client he was writing for, so we could not link them to your account or your ticket. We still replied to him in detail. Our last reply, on October 1, explained the full setup and what was needed from the MLS side. We did not receive any follow-up question from him after that.

Your website is connected to your MLS, and the first listings are imported. We will keep helping you in the ticket with the next steps.

    Thank you,
    MLSImport Support

    Update:

The guys at MLS Import are great. I have to say I was initially frustrated until I discovered that my MLS company wasn’t handling the process responsibly enough. From that moment on, the MLS Import team supported me immediately.

I think choosing you was the best decision I could have made for my real estate project. Thanks, guys.
