Same here! I dont even receive my own test e-mail but i do receive my diagnostic e-mail. Yesterday I sent a newsletter to my 600+ subscribers, but nobody received the newsletter. HELP
Hi, if only the SMTP works, it means your web server has not a configured mail service, the provider should be able to activate it. The SMTP config is enabled?
That setting cannot work, the smtp host is not defined. you should disable the smtp.

Hi, disasble the smtp, move to the diagnostic panel and do a test. Let me know what’s reported.
