No purchase key

I purchased the plugin yesterday, Friday, May 15. When I made the purchase, the instructions were that I would receive an email with my purchase key. I downloaded the plugin and uploaded it to my website and activated without difficulty. However, I cannot use it without a purchase key. I have received repeated emails asking that I “verify my email.” I have verified five times, but I have never received a purchase key, and I am unable to find one on the verification page (listed above). I have also tried the chat bot. No help there. I need to get a purchase key, or I need my payment refunded so I can make another choice.
