A domain transfer usually doesn’t take that long. In my experience, it’s usually done in a few hours. I’d find it strange if that weren’t the case for you – but I don’t know where you’re transferring the domain from or to. You should direct any questions about this to the hosting providers involved; unfortunately, we can’t help you with that here at WordPress.
The fact that your backend isn’t working at all doesn’t necessarily have to do with the transfer, though, because hosting providers don’t usually take any parts of the website offline during this process. But you’d have to contact your hosting provider’s support team about that as well.
The only possibility that would explain this on the WordPress side would be if you’ve masked – that is, changed – the URL of your backend. But then you’d also need to know what the correct URL is. You set something like this up using a security plugin, for example. If you’re using one and no longer know what the URL is, the only way to resolve this is to remove the security plugin in question via FTP. However, only your hosting provider’s support team can tell you how to connect via FTP.
The login page you shared is loading fine right now, so the domain transfer is not affecting the site at this moment.
I tried to login to your site using just a random username. On any other WordPress site, trying to do this would throw an error message like:
Error: The username is not registered on this site. If you are unsure of your username, try your email address instead.
But in your case, no message was shown and the loading page reloaded, leaving the username and password fields empty. This is definitely not how this page should work, and there may be an issue with your site (unrelated to the domain transfer), most likely a conflict from a plugin. Access to the cPanel of your site, make a backup of your site, and proceed to run a conflict test. If your cPanel allows you to connect through SSH, or if it has a Terminal module, you can see if the site uses WP CLI and thus you can deactivate these plugins by using WP CLI commands:
https://developer.wordpress.org/cli/commands/plugin/deactivate/
Otherwise, you may need to use the cPanel File Manager to access the /wp-content/plugins/ directory and rename the folder of each plugin in order to deactivate them. What I usually do is to add an underscore as a prefix. Then check if the login page works.
Kind regards,
Jair.
If the domain transfer is still in progress, it can sometimes cause temporary login or redirect issues. I’d wait until the transfer is complete, then clear your browser cache and test wp-admin again before troubleshooting further.
