• Can I completely disable the profile function for a role, in my case the normal subscriber?

I want to enable the profiles functionality only for certain user roles, for example a separate role “Allowed members”. So, a normal subscriber should not be able to edit their profile, nor should it be able to be displayed at all, meaning it should not be present.

In the options there is only the possibility to block the normal subscribers from editing their own profile, but it is still visible.

    thanks in advance.

    Hi @regnalf

You can assign a specific form that’s only visible for specific roles when you edit the Profile Form > Customize this form > “Make this profile form role-specific”.

But thats just split the forms to different roles, right? But it didn’t deactivate the profile functionality completely!

I mean, it is still accessible for the user (link in the account page) and if you enter it in the url.

    Hi @regnalf

Unfortunately, It’s not possible and this requires customization on your end. I would make a redirection when users visit the /user/ page.
