hi,
first time setting up a store, using the e-Commerce plugin,
and i don’t see any products at the products page when i use my own theme.
i do see them when i use the preinstalled themes like twenty eleven.

what could be missing in my theme when i can display posts and pages and
menus normally but not something from a plugin?

Did you move the wpec theme files into your theme root?

I am having the same problem. It was fine yesterday, but now it says “Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.” Even though all my products are still there.

In addition, they do not show up in the preinstalled themes either.

Create your own thread mathew, it’s likely your problems are not the same.

now i’m able to see individual products, but still get no products in the products-page regardless of the theme.

moving the ecommerce theme files didn’t help.

Hi 95paul, you’ll need to clarify what Theme you are using and confirm that it is compatible with WP e-Commerce 3.8.9 and above.

Themes built for Jigoshop, Shopp and WooCommerce are not compatible with other e-Commerce platforms unless they explicitly express so. Contact the developer of your Theme.
