No Proceed to Checkout Button

I have noticed that I do not have the Proceed To checkout/checkout button on my shopping cart page. When I disable the plugin and use only Paypal Standard it is there but I keep seeing this notification that I should not not use them together yet it is seems to be the only way the checkout button shows.
Would you please help me on this?

@yiga194, Well that is because when you have Only Express checkout enabled then proceed to checkout will not show because if you can do the checkout from cart page, why would someone still be looking to fill-out forms? if you’re using Express Checkout it’s typically best to skip the WooCommerce checkout altogether. That’s really the point of “Express” checkout…they don’t have to fill out forms.
