[I’m not sure I can find anyone with this same problem on the forum, but please feel free to link me across if I’m wrong!]

When accessing my website on a tablet or mobile device, none of my posts show up on the homepage. I assumed this was just my phone being temperamental until I was contacted about the same problem from visitors on my site. You can accidentally click and select the invisible posts and be redirected to the post page (where all visuals can be seen fine) but the screen appears blank on the main page making it difficult to navigate.

All my pages show up fine when customising on my computer. The updated WordPress hasn’t changed the status of my problem so I’m still not sure what is causing it.

(I’ve also noticed no way to display my categories on device view- but this may be a separate issue)

    Please help!

    Hi @emilymjk,

Fukasawa waits for all images to be loaded before the posts are sorted and displayed on the page. The size of the images on your site is 86.7 MB, which means 86.7 MBs worth of data needs to be downloaded before the posts are made visible. That can take quite a while, depending on the connection.

You have gif files set as post thumbnails on two of your posts, and together, those two gif files contribute 82.23MB of the total 86.7 MB page size. If you change the gif files to JPGs or PNGs (or reduce the resolution of them significantly), the page will load a lot quicker.

@anlino Ah that makes a lot of sense, I’ll try to reduce the file sizes and see if it improves. Thanks for your help!
