I am confused. I thought this is he support channel and your internal is only for Pro-users.
I dont own a PRO-Version
Not quite correct.
Through internal, we support both versions. Your problem requires access to the site and therefore you should contact through internal support.

Ok – i see.
Unfortunately i am not able to give you access to our site.
If you want to support we need to find our way by using screenshots, screencasts or other ways.
letzt start here:
I want to open a page from our webiste in a popup and thats why i used the “Iframe” function.
I already checked the X-Frame and iframes do work on our site in general.
Here is a screenshot showing the settings:

Did i miss some settings?
Thanks for waiting.
You have a jQuery library connected at the bottom page, regardless of other scripts that require this library. It isn’t correct.

This isn’t the correct path to form the page.

In order to make sure that our theory is correct, try temporarily disabling the cache plugin (maybe it’s your WP-Super-Cache plugin) and activate standard WordPress theme.

Hi
i have no idea what you want to tell me with that JQuery-Stuff. Sorry – i am not very confident with JS.
I did empty the cache and disabled the WP Super Cache bot no Popup.
But i definitely cant swap to another theme cause this site is our productive-website and i cant afford to let our customers see a foobared website.
Second reason: Moving to another theme alway leads into loosing some settings or widgets….
