    in test purchase scenario:

    1. I do not make any UPI payment 2) I click ‘Proceed to Next’ and leave the transaction ID field blank 3) after clicking button no verification is done, and I can download the product. If transaction ID is blank or invalid can error checking prevent user from getting to next screen?

    Hi @jomonart

    Unfortuanately, there is no offical Public API available to check the payment status.

    For Downloadable order, go to the plug-in settings, then set order status setting as ‘on hold’,

    every order will now be displayed as On hold and you can verify the payment details manually and then set the order status to processing. Then only buyers can download the product.

    Okay, the checkout process is working better now for a digital download product by placing the order status setting: ‘on hold’

    There is also error-checking for an invalid transaction ID (eg. user enters ‘000’, however, can you confirm if there is any form error-checking in the case the transaction ID field is just left blank, (so the user cannot proceed to next screen)?

    I have noticed that the payment is accepted even when a random 12 digit UTR number is entered without actually sending the payment. The payment status shows as ‘hold’, but the order is marked as successfully completed after typing in the wrong UTR number.

    I believe this is a bug and request that it be fixed. Thank you.
