• Hi, after installing the plugin everything seems to be working fine and I can request a quote. After a period of time, a notification will appear on the shopping cart page that no payment method is active. I can only fix this by reinstalling and setting up the plugin but over time the same thing happens again. What is going on here and what can I do about it?

    Hi @jellejacob,

    That’s extremely strange. The plugin doesn’t interfere with any other payment mediums.

    In a scenario where the Quotes plugin is deactivated for a prolonged period of time (for example a week or so) does the site continue to function smoothly?
