• Hi,

I run a wordpress blog and am pretty new to the platform. I’ve made a few posts and have noticed that you have to press the enter key three times in order to make just a small page break between paragraphs. That’s fine, i’ve gotten the hang of it… but today, I updated to the latest wordpress version (4.2.2).

I made a post, but despite pressing the enter key three times to make a paragraph break, the web page shows no page break, and when I go back to the visual editor, they’ve gotten rid of the spaces I entered. The odd thing is that when I

I looked at a few older posts that have correct paragraph breaks and noticed that on the text editor, this line of code existed between each paragraph:

I have no idea what it means, but I tried pasting it in the areas i needed paragraph breaks, and clicked “preview changes”, and saw page breaks on the preview page. However, when i type in the URL to look at the post from the web, there are no paragraph breaks.

How can i fix this? I do NOT know how to code and am not familiar with the text editor at all. I’d really rather not have to paste code into every single post, as I post frequently and use many page breaks, and it would take a lot of time to do something that should be as simple as one or two key strokes.

Any ideas on how to solve this issue? Thanks for the help.
