Repeating the headers & footers, and adding a page numbering to your documents do not work if you print the PDFs in bulk from WooCommerce > Orders.

The footers/headers/page_numbers of multiple PDFs will stack on top of each other. This can be solved using the Bulk export feature included in the Professional extension, since it separates the PDF documents in single files.

We do not have an option to display a pagination count by default, but if you have Premium Templates, you could use the customizer to do that, using the {{PAGE_NUM}} and {{PAGE_COUNT}} placeholder within a custom block.
However, as my colleague Darren mentioned, please note that this is not compatible with the bulk actions in the order list, because of a limitation of our PDF engine, but you would need to use the Bulk export tool, included in the Professional extension, to export documents in bulk.
