No Option on File Upload

Hi,

For some time i haven’t been able to see the option to link to a custom post field on file upload field in gravity forms. I’ve also tried the advanced file uploader, it doesn’t show the option there either.

If i do custom field, then select, file upload as the type i am able to select the upload. This allows me to upload a file and i see it in the gravity forms upload folder. however when i publish the post, its doesn’t copy it over to the publicly accessible wp-content/uploads folder. The field just goes blank when i publish the post

Id rather just get it working with the standard upload field as i think that’s the issue. but cant see the option on the upload field

post image field works for image files.
