It’s going to be tough to troubleshoot if you require logins to comment. Might want to turn that off until you get the problem solved.

When ever I try, or a guest logged in or not don’t see the comment box. I am using a custom theme but even with the default theme there is no comment box. They can comment on my different pages but not on my blogs. I have the following options selected.
Even when I don’t have users must be logged in there is still no box. Any help is appreciated.
