One of of the NextGen Gallery menu options other than “Manage Tags” are showing in the wp-admin section. I have de-activated all other plugins, changed the theme to twenty-fifteen, replaced the entire nextgen-gallery plugin and it’s still doesn’t show any menu options other than “Manage Tags”.

I’m using NextGen-Gallery 2.2.3. The galleries I have created show fine on the public side and have for a couple of years. I haven’t really touched the galleries so I don’t know when this happened. There isn’t a user role plugin installed. It’s just a standard WordPress install.

    Help?

Correction: NONE of of the NextGen Gallery menu options other than “Manage Tags” are showing in the wp-admin section.

@lhtek – Please try our external Reset Tool plugin here: https://bitbucket.org/photocrati/nextgen-gallery-reset/get/default.zip

To install and activate, go to Plugins > Add New … Upload Plugin
To use, go to Tools > NextGEN Gallery Reset

We do not offer specific support for the Reset Tool plugin as is but it can help in many circumstances, please let us know if it does.

    Thanks!

I had to run the reset tool a couple of times but that worked – Thanks!

@lhtek – Sorry for that inconvenience; it usually works the first time through in cases like the one you described.
