No mail received when using form on Mobile

Hello,
I have no problems with the forms when using through computer, but if the form is filled and sent through any mobile device (iPad, phones) there is a problem.
Usually, when a person fills in the form and sends it, the person receives an auto-reply AND I also receive an email with the filled in information.
But, once the form is filled in on a mobile device, the person receives the auto-reply, BUT I do not receive the e-mail with filled in information.What could be the problem, and how could it be solved?
