No longer working for Woocommerce Subscriptions

    Hi there

    I had this plugin running on our staging server, and it seemed to be working fine.

    However when I was working on the site today I noticed that the form was no longer showing for products which have a product type of Simple Subscription.

    Works fine with all other product types. Anyone else had this issue?
